Privacy essentials

Private enough to be honest.

Honest conversations need enough private space to be useful. What may be shared, with whom and for what purpose is agreed at the outset, and the student understands what is shared. That protects the trust the relationship depends on, while keeping family and adviser involvement connected where agreed.

Website information

We use the details you submit to manage your enquiry, arrange conversations and administer invitations. This includes your contact details, the information you choose to share, correspondence and workflow history. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in a first enquiry.

First-party website measurement

We automatically measure browsing from your first visit using a first-party browser identifier and session identifier. We retain raw IP addresses, approximate city / region / country, network information, ordinary browser and device details, language, referral source, pages, visible sections, engaged time and meaningful interactions. If you later contact us, the history for that browser may be linked to your enquiry. We do not merge people because they share an IP. We do not use canvas or audio fingerprinting or advertising trackers.

Website measurement

Automatic first-party measurement is enabled. No measurement-choice popup is shown. Security sessions, request IPs and rate-limit records also protect the website. Registered visits are linked to the account on the server; passwords and secure email links are not included in analytics payloads.

Providers and access

Website records are held with our hosting provider and accessible through the private SafeStudy operating console. Our configured email service handles correspondence. When location enrichment is enabled, the IP address is sent server-side to IPWhois for approximate geography and network data; geolocation is not an exact physical location. We do not send enquiry text or names for this lookup.

For access, correction, deletion or questions about how your information is used, contact SafeStudy at info@anruida.com. We review information for continuing operational need. This website notice is separate from the privacy and information-sharing arrangements agreed for a professional relationship.

Your SafeStudy account

If private account access is enabled at a later stage, SafeStudy will explain that process separately. The current Stage 1 website does not create an account merely because a person confirms an invitation. Any future account security information is handled separately from the public enquiry and invitation flow.
